Aarti made her first debut in Bollywood with Tum Se Aacha Kaun Hai in the year 2002, but before that movie she also acted in Akansha and Lajja in the year 1989 and 2001 respectively. Apart from acting in comedies, she has shown that she can be versatile for portraying the role of a woman with a split personality, and a conservative Muslim belle in love with an underworld don.
